Costs and specifications
Prices and specifications checked 5 September 2026
The reference section. Every price is an Australian RRP in dollars, every specification comes from the manufacturer or the manual, and everything carries the date it was checked. Where a figure is not published, these pages say so rather than guessing.

People shopping for a pool robot tend to worry about what it will add to the power bill and skim past the purchase price. It is the wrong way round. A robot costs somewhere under ten dollars of electricity across an entire swimming season, while the pump beside it adds around $358 a year. The running-cost register shows the working.
The cost that actually varies is what happens when something breaks. A machine with an Australian warranty entity and locally available parts is a different proposition from an imported unit with neither, even when the sticker price looks similar. That is what the warranty register is for.
